Committed to advancing the standards of conservation of cultural heritage in India, the Leon Levy Foundation and Mehrangarh Museum Trust (MMT) have been working together for more than a decade on several conservation projects and training programmes. A leading cultural institution and centre of excellence under the direction of H. H. Maharaja Gaj Singh ji, Mehrangarh Museum Trust has been a recipient of various prestigious distinctions for its contribution towards the preservation of art and architectural cultural heritage.

With generous funding from the Leon Levy Foundation, Mehrangarh Museum Trust is conducting a series of four-week conservation programmes at Mehrangarh Fort, Jodhpur, and Ahhichatragarh Fort, Nagaur. The programme is intended for professionals working in the field of conservation of tangible cultural heritage in India and focuses on various aspects related to conservation such as documentation, museum imaging, technical imaging, and photogrammetry.

Applications for the 2026–27 Leon Levy Foundation Documentation and Imaging Programme are now closed.
